Have you ever wondered why we feel tired at night and energized in the morning? Or how our bodies know when to regulate certain hormones like melatonin and cortisol? The answer lies in circadian biology – the science of understanding our body’s daily function. This fascinating field of study is essential for health, wellness, and healing from disease. In this blog post, I will explain what circadian biology is, how it affects us physically and mentally, and which components are necessary for us to be properly aligned with optimal function. We’ll explore topics such as light environment, earthing, water intake levels, proper diet – all aspects that play a role in achieving balance within our bodies’ natural clock!

Circadian biology is an area of research dedicated to exploring the internal biological clock that regulates numerous physiological processes throughout the day. From hormone production (e.g., melatonin) to metabolism rate changes; these functions are under control by a complex network of genes known as ‘clock-genes’ or ‘circadian genes’ due to their ability to keep track of Have you ever wondered why we feel tired at night and energized in the morning? Circadian Biology is all about understanding our bodies and how they work. It helps us to stay healthy and be in balance with things like light, the ground, and water so that we can function the best we can. Have you ever wondered why we feel tired at night and energized in the morning? Or how our bodies know when to regulate certain hormones like melatonin and cortisol? The answer lies in circadian biology – the science of understanding our body’s daily rhythms. This fascinating field of study is essential for health, wellness, and healing from disease.

Our DNA is a structure of input output signaling for our bodies to function based on its environmental factors. Where you are located on the planet, how much light is available, what your food sources are, is there enough water ect. The frequencies of messages are being communicate at every moment to your biology for it to understand how to function. My favorite example is goose bumps. The frequency in the environment that give an energetically has your spidey senses activated happens in a split second upon the vibrational frequency that is energetically expressed in your environment and in the same split second your human body perceives it the entire communications system of your cells receives the message and the human body reacts with goose bumps! Its that incredible.

All of the frequencies in the environment is how your human biology is perceiving information and then executing the project of how it will function in response.

This is Circadian Biology!!!

Why is it important to your health and existence? Because every input is a message. Every single environmental experience in every single second of the day is a communication to your cellular function instantly. This means that your daily exposure to things that are not understood by your DNA is a confusing message. By the way your DNA has been curated over the course of thousands of years- most modern environments that are offering our bodies distorted messages are less than 200 years old. This process has caused a major fluctuation in how humans are functioning today. Disease and chronic illnesses are being mass produced by our own modern society. It is the very lifestyle we have created that disconnects us from nature and distorts our circadian rhythm that is responsible for our human malfunctions.

We can however return this programing back to our biology and restore our natural functions to repair our health and prevent ourselves from chronic illnesses and ailments. Our DNA is aligned to receive natures frequencies to help us navigate our environment for survival. What are the frequencies that we are exposing ourselves too. This is the first question to ask.

What Is It? Circadian rhythms refer to the 24 hour cycle of lightness (i.e., daylight) and darkness (nighttime). This rhythm has been observed in plants, animals, fungi, bacteria – even single celled organisms such as cyanobacteria! These cycles drive various biological processes like sleep-wake cycles in humans; but more importantly they also regulate hormones such as melatonin and cortisol that can have an effect on our moods and energy levels during different times of day. By understanding these natural rhythms better we can gain insight into how best to align ourselves with them for optimal health and wellness.

The top ways to regulate and optimize your life aligning your Circadian Rhythm

Reduce Junk light and increase natural sunlight exposure

Eat Whole Foods only

Spend time outdoors with your body touching the earth directly

Challenge your body to be exposed to hot and cold elements

Stay hydrated with mineral rich water direct from source

Including these processes in your daily life WILL reconstitute your health and transform you in many ways. Light environment will regulate and repair your sleep cycles which then repair your DNA properly and restore brain function and hormone messaging. Your food supply will then assist your biology in healing through nutrients as well as the proper messages about the environment and your safety. Connecting back to earth will assist in aligning electrons and protons in our bodies which further affects melatonin production and other important functions. Thermogenic challenges create a hermetic effect on the body by allowing a controlled stressor to strengthen our stress response and our bodies as they would have been anthropologically for thousand of years as we hunted and survived nature. Our water supply has been dealt a blow with a reduction in trace minerals in our water as well as city supplies that are laden with health impacting chemicals so drinking mineral rich spring water from the source as much as possible also plays an impact on our cell function and our biological repair mechanisms.

In conclusion, understanding and respecting your body’s circadian biology is essential for achieving optimal health and wellness. By taking into consideration the factors of light exposure, earthing, water intake levels, and stress management – you can enjoy an energized and balanced life! By taking steps to reduce stress (e.g., meditation, yoga, deep breathing, etc) we can ensure that our body’s functions are better aligned with our natural circadian rhythms. This will lead to improved energy levels, better sleep patterns and overall health benefits. So if you’re looking to be your best self, be sure to respect your body’s clock and you’ll be well on your way!
